Terms and Conditions
(1) The costs of consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, paper towels, surface disinfectant and dish soap are included in the percentage.
(2) Cleaning will have a fixed cost per event determined by the size of the property.
(3) We have two ways to receive your guests, the first is autonomously for properties that have electronic locks or safe boxes for keys and the second is by physically delivering the keys to the guest.
(4) We take care of the laundry of linens used during guest stays.
(5) If the shower breaks down, guests get locked in, or the internet stops working, as well as other unforeseen events, we will take care of it, with extra costs.
(6) If the space needs any repair, we will get qualified personnel to do it, organize the date it will be carried out and provide quotes for your authorization as it is property maintenance.
